
Kim Gray
Superintendent, Deer Park City Schools
Kim has served the community of Deer Park as Superintendent for the past 7 years of her 33 years in education. Kim has held administrative positions for the past 30 years ranging from curriculum coordinator to principal and superintendent. During the past 7 years she has worked diligently shaping and leading the Deer Park School district to its “Excellent” rating. As Superintendent, her priorities for the district have been to ensure that the staff members are equipped to have each Deer Park student reach his/her maximum potential and become life-long learners prepared to compete in the 21st century workforce. Kim received her undergraduate and master’s degree at Miami University, has numerous post graduate credits and continues to serve on a number of boards and committees.

Adrienne James
Superintendent, Sycamore Community Schools
Adrienne has dedicated 26 years of her career in education to Sycamore Community Schools. In August 2006, the Board of Education named James as the Superintendent of Sycamore Community Schools. As Superintendent, one of her goals for the district is to ensure that every child is successful in a system that has a highly qualified and talented staff, a rigorous and robust curriculum, an abundance of extracurricular opportunities, and a safe environment that is conducive to learning. James, an adjunct instructor for the University of Cincinnati, is also co-chairperson for the Education Excellence action team for “Agenda 360”, a founding member of the Hamilton County Education Foundation Board of Directors, a member of the YWCA Executive Board and the Board of Trustees for the Economics Center for Education & Research. She also previously served as former president of the Cincinnati Chapter of The Links, Incorporated.

Susan Lang
Superintendent, Wyoming City Schools
Susan comes to Wyoming from Rossford Exempted Village Schools; she replaces Dr. Gail Kist-Kline who recently resigned after six years to become Superintendent of Mason City Schools. She holds a Bachelors degree from Bowling Green State University, a Masters from Kent State, and a Doctorate from Miami University. While serving as Executive Director of the Ohio Center for Essential School Reform from 2004-07, she authored, and subsequently, published a book on formative assessment for the classroom. Dr. Lang has also recently taught graduate level educational leadership classes as an Associate Professor at Bowling Green University and has held a position on the Student Affairs Board for BGSU.

Jane R. Knudson
Superintendent, Indian Hill Exempt Village
Jane has been Superintendent of the Indian Hill Exempted Village School District for the past seven years. Prior to serving as Superintendent, Jane served in various administrative roles with the Indian Hill Schools, including Director of Pupil Services and Middle and Primary School principal. Her passions include maximizing each student’s potential, improving teacher effectiveness, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Jane’s undergraduate degree is from the University of Kentucky, her graduate degree is from Xavier, and her doctorate is from the University of Cincinnati.
Sue Raudabaugh
Professional Development Specialist for Educational Technology, Mayerson Academy
Sue, joined Mayerson Academy in August 2007. She began her career as a mathematics teacher at Western Hills Schools, and taught both mathematics and computer science in the International Baccalaureate Program at Withrow High School. As program facilitator, she developed the High School for the Computer Professions at Hughes Center, where she also served as assistant principal. Sue has experience as principal at both Jacobs Middle School and at Aiken Traditional High School. She also taught college algebra at Gateway Community and Technology College in northern Kentucky. In addition to these school-based experiences, she developed further administrative skills as a Human Resources Manager for Cincinnati Public Schools. Before becoming the Professional Development Specialist for Educational Technology, Sue worked with high school mathematics teachers as an instructional coach at Mayerson Academy.

Robin White
President/CEO, Great Oaks
Dr. Roberta “Robin” White is President and CEO of Great Oaks Career Campuses, one of the largest career-technical school districts in the country, which annually serves 11,000 youth and 52,500 adults. Recognized as a local, state and national leader in advancing career and college opportunities for youth and adults, Robin is active on many boards and presently chairs the National Occupational Competency Testing Institute. Robin has received many awards for her accomplishments and for four years has been named one of Cincinnati’s most influential leaders. She earned her BA and Master’s degrees from Miami University and her Ph.D. from the Ohio State University.
