Cybersecurity is the practice of protecting systems, networks, and programs from digital attacks. Cyber attacks are usually aimed at access, changing, or destroying sensitive information, extorting money from users, or interrupting normal business processes. Participants will be shown how to manage the risk and assess their readiness. You will use the CoSN Cybersecurity Assessment tools and Cybersecurity Framework to develop and walk away with a plan for your organization. (Note: This session takes place the day before the Brainstorm conference. You DO NOT have to be registered for Brainstorm to attend this session).
