Meet our Staff
William Fritz serves as the Director of Technology at Sycamore Community Schools in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 2008, he co-founded Learn21 (non-profit) and is the Executive Director. Learn21 provides innovative, cost-effective educational technology solutions developed by educators for educators. Learn21 supports schools with a dynamic team of software developers and instructional innovators. Bill's industry background in computer science coupled with his educational leadership has grown Learn21 to serve hundreds of schools nationwide. In 2017, Bill was instrumental in forming the Learn21 Ohio CoSN state chapter where he served as chair from 2017-2019. Bill has been recognized by NSBA Technology and Leadership Network as a "20 to Watch" educator award in 2009 and CoSN CETL.
IT Operations Manager
As a founding member of Learn21, Kevin leads a team of software developers supporting K-12 schools with innovative solutions. His over 15 years combined experience teaching at the University of Cincinnati and serving as Software Developer at Sycamore Community Schools provides a unique skill set to understand K-12 needs. He has developed innovative K-12 solutions that include learning management systems, data integration, automations, and student/parent early warning dashboards. His vision and knowledge of K-12 has led to the development of solutions and processes to bring efficiency to districts while providing them with tools and reports to make data-driven decisions.
Instructional Technology Coordinator
Danni's work as Instructional Technology Coordinator includes managing the professional learning needs of the districts we serve, online and blended course development and educational technology coaching. With 10 years of classroom experience, Danni uses her expertise in content development and delivery to support innovative practices in the schools that we serve.
Instructional Support Specialist

As an Instructional Support Specialist and Google Certified Educator, Carly works with member districts to integrate technology into instruction. With a focus on online and blended learning and almost 10 years of teaching experience, Carly is able to help districts and teachers incorporate 21st Century skills in the classroom. In addition to leading professional development in the schools, she teaches with one of the member districts' online school.
Data Support Specialist
Steve brings his desire to help others and his attention to detail to the data and support side of Learn21's services. Through managing the helpdesk, setting up data integrations, and software development, Steve strives to make sure member districts' systems are working as well as possible.
As part of the software development team, Austin is responsible in helping the development of One2One and edWise. Not only does he help stand up new instances of One2One and edWise for districts, but he also communicates best practices for workflows inside of these systems.
